CM, Horsley – Jan 2022The service is always excellent but this time especially so. Road closures meant access to the house was difficult. The driver reversed up a narrow lane, parked at the bottom of the driven and then carried and stacked our bagged logs. This was done without even telling me – and therefore no chance to thank the driver – although I was expecting the load to be left at the bottom of the drive and for me to carry and stack them.
