FREE DELIVERY within 20 miles of Uley to the East of the River Severn, and North of the M4 motorway.
We charge £30 for orders over 20 miles and up to 30 miles.
Any delivery cost is automatically calculated as part of the checkout process and is based on the driving distance from us to you. We use your postcode and Google Maps to calculate the distance and sometimes this isn’t accurate or precise enough, especially if you live in a large rural postcode area or are near our 20 mile or 30 mile boundaries. Google also always chooses the quickest route, which can sometimes be a lot longer, and has even been known to tell a longstanding customer they’re out of our delivery area because on that day the shortest route wasn’t the quickest! Grrr. If you think Google has got it wrong, please do email us and let us know. We’ll sort it out 🙂
We deliver to Cheltenham, Gloucester and everywhere in between! Our free delivery area includes Berkeley, Chalford, Stroud, Chipping Sodbury, Cirencester, Dursley, Gloucester, Tetbury, Thornbury, and Malmesbury.

Smoke Control Areas
If you live in a Smoke Control Area, we are only able to supply firewood to you on the understanding you will be burning the firewood in an appliance approved for use in a Smoke Control Area. Your local authority is responsible for designating smoke control areas and your stove manufacturer will be able to confirm whether your stove is an approved appliance (often referred to as DEFRA approved).

Firewood Delivery Times
We can usually deliver next day or sooner and we deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), 9am – 5pm. However, we can deliver before 9am by special arrangement. We only deliver on weekends by special arrangement.
Putting our delivery schedule together each day for our trucks is a bit of an art! We try our hardest to accommodate any specific delivery times our customers have requested. However, if, in the very rare situation where, for example, we have a vehicle breakdown, we get very delayed or we’re not able to deliver on the day we’ve agreed, we will ALWAYS let you know as soon as possible and rearrange your delivery as a priority.

We Can Deliver Logs While You Are Out
As long as you tell us where you want us to put your logs, you don’t have to be at home when we deliver. If you are worried the logs will get wet, let us know and we can cover them up for you. We can also provide a log stacking service – just add it to your order.
