Testimonials: Firewood Reviews

Ordering online a doddle and great customer service all the way through

Easy website for ordering and info. Very clear. Friendly helpful staff. Efficient quick delivery. Good value for money. Highly recommended.Free kindling.

Super service all round, wood came quickly after ordering and delivery was placed in the log store so I didn’t have to do a thing.

Great service, exceptionally fast delivery and friendly drivers as well!!

The firewood from Elcombe is always topnotch. My latest load was hand stacked on my back porch. He had to stack logs against windows, which he did very carefully. He took his time and I will definitely be ordering from Elcombe every time. Great wood, great service.

Professional and efficient service. I placed the order online and this was followed up with a phone-call. The logs were delivered with no problems the next day. Brilliant service and fantastic logs…. No more smoking from my wood-burner!

Great quality, no residue on logburner glass. Length of cut very accurate. Next day delivery was great, speedy service, as usual. Friendly and helpful driver.

Excellent, prompt service. Delivery driver(operative?) excellent

Thanks for quick delivery, and for leaving the wood inside the gate next to the shed as requested, even though I was out at the time.

The phone call I received to arrange delivery within 3 minutes of placing my online order was very impressive, and very welcome. That showed superb service, as was the case on the day of delivery when the driver went the extra mile (not literally) in unloading and carrying the nets to my storage area.
