Testimonials: Firewood Reviews

Excellent service from Elcombe. Nothing was too much trouble especially as delivery to my home due to location was not straightforward. I would certainly use them again.

As always delivered as requested at the right time in a friendly and professional manner.

Very quick service and he unloaded it exactly where I wanted it the logs look great

Once again, your delivery driver was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me prepare for the delivery and was friendly and cheerful throughout. It’s always so easy receiving a delivery from you guys.

Very pleased the wood received was of a good size .And lovely and dry .will defiantly buy from you again .thank you. Very good all round service.

Great prompt service, use this company every year.

The quality of logs is consistently good and better than other suppliers I’ve tried.

2 major plus points: 1) You called to confirm the order and check delivery address and instructions. 2) When the order was delivered, rather than dumping in the drive, the order was thoughtfully placed under cover and in a log store box, which is exactly where it needed to end up. Thank you.

Thank you for another quick delivery of great quality logs.

Polite friendly excellent service and excellent wood.
