Testimonials: Firewood Reviews

I emailed and got a response so fast I can recommend them very friendly service from email to the delivery drivers all so helpful thank you

Prompt, efficient, friendly service: we especially appreciated you covering our logs with a plastic sheet due to forecast rain. Thank you, we will be back in touch once the wood store gets low!

I appreciate the way you communicate so nothing is left to chance. Rob,who did my last delivery, was very personable and polite – a credit to your company.

Very helpful. Brilliant service. Good quality products. Thoroughly recommended.

I have used Elcombe a few time now and the service has been impeccable. The delivery men are more than helpful and the response from my orders has always been quick and diligent.

Incredible service, ordered late evening, delivered by late morning the next day. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks

Wood is such high quality, very speedy delivery (next day having ordered on Sunday!) and stacking was perfect!

Great service and product. Just keep doing what you do best.

Its a great service, your employees are all lovely despite having to stack all those pellets. The website works well, and it almost always comes the next day.

The wood is always of good quality and so is the service both on the phone and from the delivery driver.
