I can’t think how you might improve on the service you provided – my logs were delivered the same day as I ordered them, and they are the usual excellent quality!
I have bought kiln dried logs from Elcombe Firewood since we had a wood-burning stove installed thirteen years ago. Their kiln dried logs are fantastic, they burn well and are cut to a perfect size. Delivery is always prompt, efficient and I wouldn’t consider buying from anywhere else. The staff are lovely too!
