Always brilliant and impeccable service. I placed the order early in the morning and the wood was delivered later that day. Their service and customer focus is admirable, other companies could learn a lot
Great communication to arrange delivery. Delivery guys always super helpful & happy in their work. When we have our fire serviced & swept by an independent company, they always comment that we are using good quality wood!
