The real test of customer service is the response when something goes wrong (we’re all human, occasionally mistakes will happen) – and it was exemplary. I’ll be back again when we need some more logs.
Great service and excellent communications - our firewood order was delivered on the same day we ordered it - the same morning in fact! The kiln dried logs were delivered with care and are really good quality firewood.
