We have been so impressed by the service received. Everyone involved from the initial consultation, by Steve, to the fitting and clear up have been knowledgeable, helpful, good natured and friendly. Dan and Dave were a pleasure to have in our home and took a lot of effort to protect our furniture and clean up. The handover of information regarding the use of the woodburner was much appreciated, as was the free bag of kindling and logs. We couldn’t have wished for better customer service. Thank you so much.
