Great communication to arrange delivery. Delivery guys always super helpful & happy in their work. When we have our fire serviced & swept by an independent company, they always comment that we are using good quality wood!

We don’t think that it’s possible to be more efficient or more polite and customer focussed! Great service and a great product. Amazing service and delivery times. If all businesses were run as efficiently and with as good customer service as you guys the world would be a better place!

Literally could not believe it when my wood was delivered and stacked before 9.30 on … Continued

Incredibly fast response to order and swift delivery. Delivery man extremely helpful . He carried the nets down a long path to my front door.

Great service and excellent communications – our firewood order was delivered on the same day we ordered it – the same morning in fact! The kiln dried logs were delivered with care and are really good quality firewood.
